Bought it in July 2008 from vijay sales, goregaon west, nobody had come to us to give us a demo of using it, and it’s automatic mode started us giving some weird experiences like water capacity mode always shows very small either if you put more clothes or less , we had to call service support atleast for 2-3 times and than they don’t give you your adjustable time according to your availability, so hence whenever they came either I was about to leave or I was not at home.
Now maid does all the washing and washing machine is used in only drying the clothes.
