From the starting itself picture quality was bad, it was not giving real colour quality. After 13 months colour started fading drastically, and after few days entire screen was showing faded images with distorted images.
They don’t have proper service support, even without inspecting the TV, their service engineer is telling it will cost 12000 Rs to repair entire screen has to be changed.
But I think, it is the problem of back light, but no option to judge without getting assistance from a service engineer.
