I sincerely thank Videocon and its staff for deligently following up on my after sales service request on a problem faced in my LCD TV. Since the TV was within warranty I had to pay no single penny for the same. They went to the extent of replacing the entire panel with no questions asked!
I’m happy to write this review as a token of my sincere appreciation and express my gratitude. Who says domestic companies can’t keep up with the world class service.
