Recently I shifted to a new place. As I am a bachelor I did not had much stuff with me when I relocated. At the onset of summer, one of my friend was looking to buy a refrigerator. They had one but that was kinda small for them. Eventually they went for an LG 280 Lts Refrigerator. But this review is about Videocon !!!! Don’t be surprised. What happened was my friend gifted that Small Refrigerator to me. Though his wife told me in clear terms that this refrigerator would be with me till the time I buy one for myself and then they would like to have that tiny little cutie back.
That tiny cutie little thing is Videocon S 091 DX Refrigerator. Well that seems to be cramped up in there in such a small refrigerator but actually its not so. It has a capacity of 80 Litres which obviously is too little. Surprisingly, for a bachelor/small family its serves really well. It has a basket for storing vegetables and fruits. Then its has got two shelves with enough space to store cooked food. Above that you have a full breadth freezer. Generally you won’t get a full breadth freezer in such a small refrigerator but this one has it and you will be amused to see the storage capacity it has. One can put in an ice-tray along with ice-cream, frozen food etc. Coming to the door-side, it has 2 shelves. On the top, you have space to put eggs, butter, sauce, jam etc. On the bottom shelve you can put soft drinks, water bottles etc.
I have been using this refrigerator for more than 2 months now. I am quite happy with its performance, looks, efficiency and space. Its an amazing product from Videocon. You can go for it, if you are single but if not then better decide considering the requirements of your better half because she knows the best when it comes to home :)
