I purchased videocon triple sim vc1425 mobile handset three months ago. Suddenly the handset gone dead and given to the customer care one month ago but till now it is not repaired. After continuous followup, they agreed that there is a problem in this model, and replacing with dual sim. waste of money.
Please don’t buy video con mobile handset. The set was purchased in Bangalore, they have attached with Sony ericsson customer care, in which they are not taking proper care and also there is not proper response. I really shocked to see the way they are satisfying the customer.
I emailed to the head of the customer care, but no use. hence kindly don’t buy this type of worst mobile handset.
