Recently I have purchase a Videocon 1 Ton Air Conditioner for my office. After using it for two months, its performance going down. It is making sound like cooler. Not cooling now likely when new. I have contacted my retailer, he said we are calling our engineer and he will attend you. From last 15 days I am waiting videocon engineer. The product is under warranty if I will call any local service center, warranty of AC will be avoided. Still. waiting for ENGINEER. Bad service.
