Very poor after sale service, they never sent anyone from Videocon to install the product, or even to give usage, demo.
AC was runs okay but after a year it appears to need service and cleaning as it does not has auto clean feature.
Takes 15-20 mis to cool a 10/10 room, Slow cooling means excessive waste of electricity and monetary burden.
Its too noisy inside room and makes it almost uncomfortable sometimes.
Consequently i’m not able recommend you to buy Videocon because there are many logo which matches extra efficiency then Videocon.
