Hi, I wanted to share my opinion about the Vidiem Jewel SS wet grinder today. Initially the grinder was working fine since 2months, it is not that handy to use. but all of a sudden the grinder stopped working. Since it is under warranty period, I thought of getting it checked in the service center but unfortunately there is no service centers in Bangalore. Now what’s the point of having the warranty card. the product has its service centre in Tamil Nadu and it’s impossible to take it.
Overall, I recommend you guys not to buy this product when there is no servicing availability in spite of having a warranty card.
