Needed to move an entire 2 BHK household goods on the second floor apartment from Thane to Andheri West. Approximately a one and half hour commute. The contact person, Sing, was very professional, and prompt to return my calls and answer my questions. From the minute I called the phone was answered by the owner who was extremely responsive to my request. In fact he came to speak with us in person the same day I called.
Sing was polite, very respectful and courteous during both our initial visits and the day of our move. He explained in full detail how things would be packed, number of members on the team moving us, exactly how the truck would be loaded during the initial walk through our home. They was very flexible, prepared for the unexpected and worked very quickly. They had extra guys when they thought they would need it to load the truck initially to cut down on time which was great.
There crew worked very well as a team and were extremely polite. The packing and unloading of the truck went very quick along with the assembly of some of my furniture pieces. No damage to any of my belongings found, and no items went missing. The group had a great personality and took the hassle out of such a big, last minute move. The entire encounter was reassuring and beyond easy. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received, especially for such a long distance move. I highly recommend Sing and his team from Vijay packers n logistics. Would definitely use Sing again and will refer him to others. Excellent experience.
