I got one fridge delivered from Bangalore to Kanpur and I was promised trouble free delivery. When my fridge was delivered in Kanpur, it was damaged as if it was thrown off the truck and the fridge door was coming apart. When contacted, they said its not their thing to deliver goods in same shape as they received. I had worse experience with them.
I strongly advice against using them when you leave your stuff at their mercy. Damaged fridge photos attached.
