I took services from Vijay Packers and Movers and shifted my household things from Ahmedabad to Indore on 5 July 2020. The household things got packed and loaded in a truck at Ahmedabad on 5 July 2020 and it was delivered to me at Indore on 7 July 2020 morning.
I paid some amount on 5 July 2020 through online transfer(Google Pay) to Mr. Anand. When I received the household goods on 7 July few of my items were delivered damaged(my double bed ply’s are all broken, my kitchen wooden rack was damaged and my dressing table was damaged from corner).
I have spoken to Mr. Anand and sent him the pictures of damaged items on whatsapp. He agreed that he will be sending a carpenter to fix my bed and later I can make payment.
I spoke to Mr. Suresh from Vijay Packers and sent him the pictures of damaged items on whatsapp. He also agreed that I can pay some amount for now and remaining amount I can pay after my furniture get fixed.
I paid amount as discussed to Mr Suresh through online transfer(Google Pay) on 7 July morning.
Later no carpenter came to fix my furniture and Mr Suresh stopped picking up my call or replying back on whatsaap.
I was in requirement for the bill for the amount I paid and no one helped me from Vijay Packers and movers or picked up my call or given me a bill.
Never go with Vijay Packers and Movers. They are really unprofessional and never answer your calls after goods get delivered and no one helps you out.
