"Service After sales is veey bad."
"Nobody is interested to talk with customer."
I bought a TV(vise), I had a complaint, so I found the Phone number of Customer Care of Vijay Sales from the website(https://vise.in/contact).
There I found that one number(022 2676 6100) is repeatedly entered with different names, such as the ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE, FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS, HUMANS RESOURCES, CORPORATE SALES of "Vijay Sales"

I called on that number and told that "I call you for register the complaint of my VISE TV." At that time immediately my phone was placed on hold.
I called again.
Again my call was plased on hold for 25 minutes.
Nobody was interested to talk.
I tried again.
Now line was busy.
And I cant connect that number again for half hour
After half hour I tried again.
Again my call was placed on hold.
After some time I tride fir last time.
This time my call connected. Phone ringing.
After 2-3 ring call disconnected.
I called every time from my personal Mo. No. 9879112034.
And this all thing happened on 07/10/2017
Between 1600 to 1800.[see the pic. of call log].
Same I will register the complaint in consumer welfare.
