Fake promises from vijay sales has become a trend, I have been dealing with Vijay sales since 4 years now. It’s not even once I am satisfied with their offers. They just welcome and treat you with respect during purchase however they don’t even notice you after the sales. After tremendous follow-ups and all the hassle’s that my family had to bear I had to write feedback about the company.An order for a cooktop was made at Vijay Sales in Goregoan Hub during the month of February.
Since the day of purchase the product is not been working right. Almost three times the same person visited to my house to repair the product. My suggestion during the first instance was a replacement. But your associate convinced me to keep the product with a guarantee that they will always be there and it will work alright. 15 days later the same issue occurred and out of the busy schedule I had to again speak to your team and ask them to repair it. The process kept on repeating and now they have started ignoring my sister’s call.
How can a service provide ignore your calls? This is a shame for the company and it’s employees. Don’t even think of buying a product at Vijay sales it is pathetic.
