Vijay sales is just like politicians..they have the ability to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.
you fall easily in their schemes, you make fool of yourself, then after sometime, you tend to forget the tradegy, till you have another project line up, you fall "easily" agian with the attractive adverts and
schemes, to follow the previous err.
same is the case with me, first I bought LCD, which was dilivered after two days (payment was made by me), without installation and demo guys, which came in the gap of 3 days each. finally I got my LCD up, but to my astonisment, there was some thread stuck when the packaging was made,
It was impossible to take that small thread out, if I would have tried taking that small thread out, which at the bottom left corner of the Screen, the screen would have been damaged.
So I thought not to touch that part. I asked the demo guys which comes directly from the manufacturer side, to my surprise he said, "Sir, it is a small defect forget it". and the very moment I called the vijay sales office and they said the same thing.
Finally after another two days they sent another LCD, when the installation guy opend the pack, I saw a small scratch on the front side. I immediately told that guy leave the flat else, i’ll screw your happiness.
Very next day I returned my LCD back to the vijay sales stores. for that they deducted some money as the payment was made through credit card.
After around 10 months I bought a refrigerator and AC from vijay sales, but this times it was andheri west branch, in the hope that this branch would be better, but the same experience. Now for sure im not gonna buy anything from this vijay sale and I would advice the same to you. Have a happy after sale service.
