To my surprise, Vijay Sales commits Fraud and delivers at Home a used product wherein the Original Seal was broken & surprisingly an OWN Duplicate sealing was done by Vijay Sales. The delivery happened in the same week of making the aishwaryasingh23ment. I was conscious enough and observed that they had replaced the brand seal with their OWN seal to hide this used product - is this how you treat us when we trust you?
Seeing this I returned the product and I was informed by your team that a new product would be delivered the next day. However, next day they didn’t arrive with the fresh product as committed after making me wait for hours.
Subsequently, I told them twice to return the amount as due to a personal exigency, I would be unable to collect the product at this stage and would be able to receive it at a later date. Vijay Sales kept reassuring that they would give me a TV as and when I would want to collect it. They declined my proposal & said that the same can be done whenever I want, but the amount cannot be refunded.
When in the 3rd week of June, I requested for the delivery, they kept on procrastinating the delivery & at the end of June end asked me to aishwaryasingh23 an additional amount of Rs. 5100/- which is totally unethical.
They have kept my entire aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs. 45500/- since August’16, not delivered the product for which the amount was taken is highly unprofessional from any brand. Moreover they do Fraud with customers by delivering used products & having their duplicate seal! Even when I had taken Daikin AC, they had given in Seal Broken Condition.
I am looking for a strict action to be taken on the Rhatani, Pune Branch who is cheating and harassing me - by
1) delivering a used product
2) refusing to refund my amount, despite point 1
3) demanding an additional 5100/
I would like to receive my product with Penalty(as was committed by Vijay Sales) for faltering on commitments.
I trusted Vijay Sales as it seems like a respectable brand and treats customers with respect, however am extremely disappointed with the actions, intent and the behavior.
