So, before I begin I want to clarify that I am writing this review as a customer and not as an employee. I live in Viman nagar and I am gonna be reviewing their viman nagar branch located at lower ground level of phoenix mall.
I want to start off by complimenting the staff’s behaviour, be it the branch manager’s or other sales associates’. They are just amazing in their customer handling skills and definitely better than the staff at Croma and Rel Digital. They don’t get annoyed at all no matter how many questions you ask.
Ok, now let’s get to the real part, their product quality and AMAZINGLY CHEAP PRICES. It’s like a combination of the best features of cheap pricing power of online shopping and hands-on experience benefit of a physical store. Though not applicable to all the products but seriously some of the products are available at unbelievable prices. Also, after you have bought a product, they would give you a full demo of the product. You also get ROYALTY BENEFITS.
Hey, I don’t know about you but these qualities are all I look for when I’m out to buy a product.
