Disappointing Experience at Vijaya Honda, Kelambakkam(Chengalpattu)
As a 15-year Honda customer, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Vijaya Hondas Kelambakkam service center. My vehicle(TN14 AF6995) went in for routine maintenance, but what followed was deeply concerning:

?? Unattended billing counter during business hours
?? Physical damage to the bike:
?? Quality deterioration post-service
?? Unprofessional staff behavior:
Counter staff refused to address concerns
Attempted to rush FSC code without inspection
Hostile response to legitimate complaints
?? No bills are provided for payments
I witnessed similar disorganization with other customers - bikes being mistakenly washed instead of repaired, and paid customers left waiting without their vehicles.
A particularly disappointing aspect is the stark contrast between their sales enthusiasm and after-sales service quality. For a recognized brand like Honda, this level of service is unacceptable.
