Today one of our office colleagues’ mum expired at vijaya hospital today morning. The hospital’s billing & admin system is so bad that they took 6 hours to create and bill and send to mediclaim. So my colleague had to stay in the hospital until the mediclaim was cleared.. since the claim amount was huge it was difficult to mobilize the huge amount.
Why is the medical system so bad in India. This is not the case in any other country. So anyone please, seeing this message, do not ever go to vijaya hospital.
