Voiletbag.com dosen’t have the client consideration, they dont even pick up the call on the No. they have provided and also once they picked up call and instructed to email the problem and after I sent the mail I got the computerised auto generated email about the received email and no action on the complaint!
I have done only once the shopping from this site and such experience, now its over 5 months still not received the things ordered!
Also I sent email again and again then got a reply saying that the items are sent, but I didn’t receive any of the things ordered!
they contacted me and said that the parcel is with courier, then I tried to call but they have 3 no.not even working and listed has customer care on their site and again they shared the courier details with me and I even contacted the courier and they didn’t gave me the positive feedback and I gave up at last! I had such an experience with this site, I will never visit this site again!
