Came across this website on google, was browsing for some mens products. I got 2 of the 4 products I wanted so called them up and asked if they could arrange for the remaining two. They could not arrange for it and said that they had recently launched the site and will add the other products in a couple of months. A little disappointed, I placed the order and asked them to ship the other two products to me.
To my surprise, I received an sms confirmation the same evening that my order had been shipped and it was delivered promptly to me the next day itself! Now I have shopped from multiple ecommerce websites and even though most of them are improving taking lead from players like Flipkart, next day delivery is something you really do not expect.
They appear to be new as there aren’t any reviews about them and it will be interesting to see how they perform when there are a lot more customers to handle. Most ecommerce websites provide great service initially but start ignoring the customers the moment they get big.
Pros: Good service, discounted price.
Cons: Limited range of products.
