Not a trustworthy website.
Recently I have ordered a portable iron box which cost around 1400/- on the portal they say we get 500/- on purchasing that product and pay online with COD but soon after you pay you to get a notification saying 500/- will be valid on your next purchase. they follow very cheap tactics to impress the customers, don’t fall for those marketing tricks.
Customer care number is useless neither they do no work nor nobody bothers to pick the phone and even after writing many emails to the support team you may hardly get one reply.
I have faced many problems with this site, as soon as I ordered and understood that I am cheated with their tactics and tried to cancel the product I have placed they do not even respond to that and at the end, they say that product has been shipped and we can not cancel the product now and there are no easy returns.
I have received such a pathetic product which is not even working.
My money, energy and time are wasted on this website.
