I have taken virgin mobile. Now am using this mobile since from 5 months. The plan they have introduced is very good. they are credit 10 paise / minute to my account for incoming calls.
This is very good. No service provider has given this offer to users.I am always getting credited some amount to mobile account. But they have lots of issues when providing the service.
When I used to call from my mobile or else get call from some other, all are complaining that they are not able to heard my voice clearly. they some distractions. Even though I am not able pass message to other side.Camara, they are giving to this mobile is very bad. there is no clarity in that.
Audio system that they ahave provided to this mobile is very bad... no sound clarity.main concern about SMS. when I send the sms to others, it wont get delivered immediately even though I get delivery report from the provider. it will take minimum 1 or 2 hours some time 5 hours some time one day. also when others sends me message it’s also taking so much time.
Some times my friend sent me message on the morning for some urgent work. but I didnt get any message till afternoon, he got angry and came to my office at evening 5 pm. and told me that I sent u the message even tghough you are not responding and he shouted at me like any thing. after some time when he was shouting at me the message get delivered. and showed him that.
if we are using Virgin mobile, we will get lots of problem... it sounds not good.
