The worst organization that will ruin your career. Nasty work politics and favouritsm is the culture of the organization. Do not be lured with the lucrative offer from the HR team. Once you join the organization you will understand that you have stepped into a wrong place.
I have worked for the Kolkata branch. It is a den of malpractice along with nasty work culture and politics. Sandip Ghosh the center manager is an unprofessional person with nasty politics and favoritsm always in his mind. Along with him Saurav Sur is another nasty guy with nasty politics always in his mind. Both of them have an excellent quality of licking the feet of the MD . That is the only quality they have.
Do not ever think of joining the organization if you want to grow in life. In my professional career of 16 years this was the most worthless organization I have came across.
They can terminate you at any point of time by putting false blames on you and conspiring against you. The HR team is a group of unqualified bunch of idiots.
