I received my visa(189) grant for Australia on 3rd November-2014 and would like to give my gratitude to V&P especially to Rahul, Nahid and Nicholas.If I have to use one word to describe Visa and Permits it would be professionalism which is rare to find in any services/constancy in India.
I must give special mention to Nahid who is not with V&P anymore, she was assigned my case in the beginning, and I must say she raised the bar high for V&P with her thorough review of my case and her response time was unbelievable she never kept anything on her plate. Even after Rahul took over my visa processing was done very promptly whatever delay there was, it was mostly from my side; Rahul was also very patient in answering all my queries regarding the visa processing.I would definitely endorse V&P and refer my friends and colleagues to them.
