We started processing our paperwork few months back and on account of three different people handling our case led to confusion and eventual withdrawal, however Rahul Prabhakaran(senior case manager) turned this negative experience in to delight by taking total accontability and also ensured not a penny was deducted.
He also counseled us with the current standing that we have wrt our immigration to Australia.
