I would like to share my experience had in this mall when I was in Delhi for roaming purpose. I had been recently visited this mall to do some shopping. This mall is good in its infrastructure, located in good place but this mall has not given a good quality service, those should have improve by this mall.
First I went to this mall, this mall has a huge parking area, but its not enough. It don’t have a well planned parking. People had been parked their vehicles in front of mall, which caused a huge traffic, because there is a road near this mall. So this was the big issue.
Then I entered this mall from entrance, a huge crowd of people was there. Stores were well cleaned, good cleaning strategies, cleaning boys are present everywhere. Staffs were not professional. I didn’t like their way of talking. Interior of mall was awesome.
But I was surprised by its prices. Even though it don;t have a large collections, I had been here to ensure that I will get a good stuff. Price ranges are too high, with low quality stuffs. I had decided to buy T-shirts, neither they had different patterns nor quality so I refused to purchase
There are different stuffs of different qualities, so it can be value for money if I will have to buy a product with suitable price, but overall its not value for money.
