Yest. I had been to VX in Kammanahalli, Blore for an eyetest as I was feeling eyestrain while viewing the monitor. The staff there are courteous and well educated. 2 levels of testing were done. One with some automatic hi-tech testing machine and another manually.
I was satisfactorily tested and advised on the glasses I need to wear to avoid the eye strain. At the end of it all when I asked them the cost of the test I was pleasantly surprised. They said nothing. Its free of cost!! I would be visting them again to get my new pair of glasses. Will update on the same regarding the cost and other details.
