Recently vistara was inaugrated in srinagar kashmir and I booked my first flight with vistara.hospitality was not upto the mark.
But one good thing they have started Airbus on these routes which r comfortable.checkin takes lot of time and counters are not upto the mark.only 1 counter available.timings for departure and arrival are good.but costlier ticket than with other airlines that too for first year of the inauguration to kashmir, jammu, chandigarh.
Meals were good but will not b available after two three months.long cues on counters which make it it difficult to collect boarding passes.
