I am so glad to do this review as a frequent customer. I had already picked vistara airline at least 3 times in last 2 years. In all the fly they welcomes me with a great smile. On the last journey, when I asked for a window seat on check-in counter they had changed it and allotted the emergency exit door seat for me without any hesitation. More than an airline, I feels they doing something great.
Actually I am a Delhi malayali from Kerala. At least once in every year I want to visit my parents in Kerala. In the last two years, if I want to fly normally I pick vistara only because of there nice attitude toward customers and also they provide ticket with almost cheap rates including food. As per my understanding any other airlines India not provide food without additional charges.
Actually I am little taller than others having 6 feet 2 inch hight therefore leg space is always a big problem for me but I am so happy that vistara have a good leg space than any other airline in India.
Recently I had fly in vistara UK-883 in the last Sep'18 ( PNR. JYDLYF) from Delhi to Kerala. It was a nice experience just like previous once. The seating arrangements, leg space everything is very comfortable for us and also they frequently sent the notification mails before journey, normally they won't make delay.
The employees, especially the airhostes behave very politely and they are always ready to serve and won't make delays.
Personally I would like to advise you that you can take the ticket in vistara airlines. May be it's a domestic airline but having international standards. Moreover it's a joint venture of Tata and Singapore Airlines. so we can trust
