I work very close to the Yoyos Bar and restaurant. During weekends we collegues end up going there for a nice drink to Yoyos.
Yoyos is managed by the very reputed Vithal Bhelwala in Fort area in Mumbai. Locationally it is very close to CST station and thus a very ideal destination for people who wanna a quick refreshing drink before they take a tiring train journey back home. The restaurant is fully air conditioned, with a mezanine floor too. A part of the mezanine floor is a kind of a pub with low chair and more informal set up. The music is good and loud in the pub.
Each section: the ground level and the mezanine has television sets, thus becoming a famous joint for cricket lovers during cricket seasons. The service is good and the food is awesome. The only drawback of Yoyos is they being a part of Vithals group do not serve non-vegetarian. The snacks served alongwith the drinks are also worth appreciating.
Usually the snacks comprises of peanuts/wafers, salads, ghatia and bhajias served unlimited. The rates are quite reasonable and usually has Happy Hours between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. every evening except Saturday and Sundays.
The service is excellent. They offer choice of paying by Cash/Credit/Debit Cards. You can also order Bhel in Yoyos and also buy packed Bhel which is neatly packed in a plastic cover, which contains all the ingredients to prepare a Bhel at home. Since Yoyos is very closely located to CST station, Sterling/ Excelsior/ New Empire theatres, colleges, it is an ideal way to drink away to glory.
Any views/suggestions.
Regards
Vijay
