VIVAH is a very simple movie and in a way I guess this is what makes it really close to the heart. In a world where stylish animations and semi-nude chicks rule the film world, this movie is a very refreshing change.
I am not an Indian but I just loved this movie. The characters in the movie were chosen well by the director and everyone did their roles justice. My fav was the actress Amrita Rao. I simply fell in love with her in this movie... She looked awesome... So very very beautiful and her acting was very nice. She protrayed her role to perfection. It shows that you dont need to show skin to make urself looked pretty.
I jsut lvoed all the scenes between her and Shaid Kapoor, who seems to be a good actor himself. The uncle was also very lovable. The ending was superb. Couldnt stop myself from shedding some tears. The music was not that good but I must admit it went along well with the situation in the movie esp. the one when they first goes to see the Amrita....
All in all, a must see for all those who like to watch good clean romantic movies. They don’t come any better than this.
