Want to have the World’s Worst Shopping & After Sale Experience? I recommend Vivek’s. Vivek’s (Mylapore, Chennai) has the worst customer service in the entire world. No one can prove me wrong. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I purchased LG Air Conditioner. The after sale service is pathetic. I’m damn sure they don’t know the meaning of "Customer Service".
Don’t know what their so called technicians are doing. I took leave from work today and stayed at home waiting for their so called technicians who never exist I guess. No one ended up coming. The customer service number only helps finish our phone balance. Neither do they attend the calls nor do they take immediate action if they pick it up ’by mistake’. The AC was delivered 4 days back. They promised to install the day after the delivery.
If you expect Vivek’s to keep up its words & false promises, you must be the fool of the century. All that I have gained is a loss of pay, waste of day, time & energy and ended up with 0 phone balance. I will definitely recommend Vivek’s, not to a friend but to my biggest enemy.
