I got samsung split ac from tambaram viveks after 1 year I shifted to new house, I cald viveks customer care to dismantle the ac and fix it in new house in camp road for that they asked Rs. 2000.
But after 2 days only that guy came , I gave appointment at noon 12. But he came at 3 o’clock , Tuesday. How can I go at that time from my office and he told his petrol n time is wasted. They don’t know how to treat customers. They should be flexible to customer timings. Also, Sunday they won’t come, what’s this ? I’m getting off only on Sunday. Then I called a local guy. He came in the morning at 7 itself n dismantled n fixed for just Rs. 1500...
So don’t go for Viveks...
