I was thinking I would be the one odd customer who had a bad experience but reading shows that Viveks is trying to be synonymous with horrible service. Purchased a TV, fridge, washing machine from them. Was promised delivery d next day. Didn’t actually get delivered till 4days later. This is after numerous calls to customer service, showroom manager etc.
The manager spoke like he is doing a favor when I escalated to him. Uve spoken to me, will look into it. Damn then y have sales rep for -to give false promises?took them a week to install\demo d products. This is after daily phone calls and yelling at customer service. Seriously shameless ppl. Don’t ever buy from there unless u wanna go through the same I did.
