Very very very bad experience with Viveks service. I bought AC on MONDAY and I requested to install by next day, they promised. installation person has come for installation by next day 6.45 PM and analysed the area, thats it. they came for installation on next day only.
Finally installed with lot of lies and wrong commitment from them. tolerated and adjusted. Wednesday they installed and Friday it has problem in cooling and I went to see outdoor unit. I found the their is leakage and formed ice where leaking at joint.
I sent SMS to Mr. Kalablishwaran who has sold with commitment of 24 hours Viveks own service and customer care balbalablalal ....... he didnt get back me even next day morning. then I called him and I said complaint, he simply said next 48 hours your complaint will be solved. I was shocked since he know every thing about why I bought as emergency (My wife is 8 months pregnant and not able face this hot climate) then requested to make today, he replied that I will try sir.
Then I called LG customer care for direct service and they said they will solve with in 24 hours, they have given complaint number also. I forwarded the complaint number to him and says that I have lodged complaint with LG directly you need not to come. Immediately he called back me and requested to cancel the complaint and promised that our person will come by today afternoon. Then I cancelled the same.
around 11.15 AM I received call from service person that we will attend by 12.30 PM. I called them one hour once they said will come, on the way, they held up in critical site and everything. since 7 PM I called them more than 10 times. after 7 no one picked phone call. Dont know when will attend the call.
MY KIND REQUEST TO YOU ALL. DONT BE FOOL LIKE ME BY BUY PRODUCTS FROM VIVEKS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I HAD WITH ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
