Its the worst experience I had long back but, it came into my thought and tempted me to write a review on it after seeing the Advt. Viveks - The Unlimite Shop. It was Hot summer in Chennai and it was the time we thought of purchasing a AC. As Viveks & Co came into our picture we went there to choose our AC unit. We were suprised to hear from different sales person recommending for their own AC unit from each corner. Finally, we got confused and exhausted as they didn’t allow us to take our own decision also. As, I have read about Hitachi AC reviews in Mouthshut.com I suggested my Husband and he also agreed for the same. As they promised us to bring it to home by next day we happily paid the cheque and went home with dreams.........
But, they never turned up and no calls from them. My Hub called them to know the status they said we will be there by sharp 3:00pm so my hub got permission from his office to ran home to collect the AC unit. He waited and waited and he called them to know the status they said its on the way ...... finally when I went home he was happy that atleast he had a company to wait for......as time passed only phone calls where flying. Atlast, we recieved a phone call from there side saying that AC has come but, its already too late (9:00 pm) they will bring it by tomorrow . Now, my Hub lost his patience and started shouting at them and said we don’t want AC from you please, pay back our cheque.
The fellow on other side didn’t say any excuse he said ok come and collect it after 2 days and kept the phone. At 11:00pm at Midnight a person rang our calling Bell and said mam I have brought Hitachi AC from Viveks & Co. I and my Husband refused to take it and called the sales person and said we said we don’t need it so they have taken it back and to the end of my story we got back our cheque after 3 days after making n number of phone calls and talking with managers too.
To the Happy ending we purchased the same in SS Annamalai Enterprise for the price lesser than what we have been quoted in Viveks and now enjoying with the Good Service and COOL air.
