I) I have purchased 1 Ton Panasonic Split AC with all inclusive prices of Rs.24, 500/- for supply, installation & commissioning of the entire system.
ii) It was informed that additional charges shall only applicable if in case of external stand & copper pipes more than 4 m, which need to be paid at actual.
iii) To my surprise, I was informed during AC installation that external cabling between AC & stabilizer is not part of the AC and needs to be paid extra.
iv) This clearly indicates the openness that they have for customer’s. Hence I’ve decided to do the installation on my own even by paying higher price.
