I had a viveks gift voucher of 2500/-. As I was not interested to shell more money I planned to buy something within 2500/- from viveks.
Here starts my experience with them
1) All the items present in viveks are way expensive from other shops
2) They don’t have wide range of product. Only few brands and that to one piece for each product .They have one piece for emergency light one for trimmer one for a nonstick pan
3)fresh piecenot provided while purchasing
4) No one to guide u properly abt the cost .Infact it took them 10 min to figure out the cost of a product
5) Advertisement given by them are fake .When I enquired abt a mobile which I saw in a advertisement for 3000/- in viveks.They said it is out of stock and asked me to check it with other viveks outlet. I called all other viveks outlet but they did not responsed properly
6) No one picks up the phone when u call them for enquiring abt a product.
In short I tried all the viveks outlet in Chennai to buy a good emergency lamp and trimmer but could not find one in any outlet.
