Well, I got it as a prize and till I owned it, I was really happy that I was getting one for my use. I have a mobile with camera but I truly wanted a digital camera. Well the first thought I had on seeing it was where is the viewing screen? I mean all digital cameras are supposed to have one otherwise how do U initially see the pictures? Well no matter I installed the software on my PC and put the three AAA batteries (It does not have LI batteries).
Incidentally the batteries were not provided with the product. The we went travelling to Srinagar and Jammu so I had a good opportunity to test my camera. But I did take the precaution of taking along my still kodak. I took around 10 snaps the first day, by the second day when I started taking more pictures, the light started flashing and the indicator showed 0 pictures. Well the rest is really history because that is what happened every time I took the snaps. When we returned after six days I had ) digital pictures but luckily the still pictures and sony video camera provided a good backup.
So V35 is really lousy - no battery life, picture quality is only good for shorter distance, no screen, useless if U have to go out for more than a day without Ur PC. Its only use can be as a webcam but U can get more stylish and trendy webcams for much less price.
