Last year, at November, Vivo has launched its Vivo V5 in addition to their other phones. By seeing various advertisements and holdings of Vivo, I have purchased it. It was my worst decision of buying this phone! Want to know why, please read the full review as you will know all pros ( which is merely there! ) and cons of this phone : -
Availibility ( 10/10) : - Now talking about the availibility, Vivo V5 is available at all online stores such as Amazon And Flipkart as well as it is available in offline market. Now talking about the pricing, I have got it for Rs. 17, 980! Online pricing may vary a little bit.
Build Quality ( 03/10) And Display ( 06/10) : - Talking about the Build Quality, Vivo V5 is made up of full-plastic body! I mean, seriously? 18, 000 Rupees mobile is made up of plastic? It is really unbelievable. Moving to the display, V5 is packed with a 5.5 Inch 720p IPS LCD Display! This is extremely annoying. When you are paying 18, 000 Rupees, you must get 1080p display. But Vivo is a miracle company! The viewing angles of the display is weird! And also the grip is average because of the plastic!
Camera ( 07/10) : - Oh My God! The moonlight selfie! Means whole moon will come and will take a selfie! That’s absolutely the only highlighting feature in this phone! The selfie camera is packed with 20 Mega-Pixel! It means you will look like a fairy in that! Believe me guys, Stars will look handsome at even 1 MP Camera! But in our case, if even we will have a 100 MP Camera, we will have a complain in that! But the rear camera is packed with 13 Mega-Pixel! I mean, really? Vivo is giving us 13 MP, not even 16! And with this price, it is like Ek selfie ki kimaat tum kya jaano customer babu!
Performance ( 05/10) : - Vivo V5 is packed with 4 Gigabytes of RAM. It is nice, very nice! But it is giving us 32 Gigabytes of Internal Storage! At this price, it is really having no sense at all. Even with less cost, there are mobiles in market that are providing us 64 GB’s! Talking about the processor, it is packed with Mediatek MT6750 Processor! Which I think, is the worst processor we can get in this price range! Gaming performance is average! You will notice some stutter when you have installed several big games in your device! This phone comes with 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box! There are phones in market which is cheaper than this, and having android 7.1.1 out-of-the-box!
Battery ( 05/10) : - Battery is one of the most important part of a mobile! Vivo V5 is packed with only 3, 000 MaH of Battery! I know that this is not only, but considering the price, it is only! There are phones in market that are giving us 4, 000 MaH of Battery! This phone is not having any fast charging also, so that I can tell that it is not ’only’!
Value for Money ( 00/10) : - Yes, 0! It is having absolutely no sense! Having plastic body, MT6750 Processor, No fast charging, Not having latest android, etc. is all symtoms of a low-end smartphone! So, if you are thinking to buy this phone, all because of the holdings and advertisements, I will say you that stop!
