The same problem I have observed when phone in charging. Technician told me that you should not use phone when charging and third party apps not safe so on. . This disappointed me, without apps and using when charging. With this conditions this phone is waste. May be some Third Party apps may harmful, but what about Bank Apps which are essential for all now.I not setiesfied with Vivo. Vivo V5s touchscreen some time is not working properly. This is my personal experience. I bought before 10dys that time it looks like fantastic but after 10 days most of the time the touchscreen is not working like if I want to type ’a’ the touchscreen got me ’aaaa’.
