I am using this smartphone since 25 days and I feel to is not good I this price range other major companies have the better products its mi note 5 pro and lenovo mobiles and other cool phones. Its a copy of iphone x and I don’t like copying other smartphone and making companies profit but it can be simple as like other but vivo did’nt do these.
I was not just totally satisfied with the vivo 9 network. Because I noticed some lags in between the calling and after the heavy data usage and it can be improved by resolving software problem because I guess its not I hardware issue.
Really customers service is very poor they don’t have a way to talk with the customer and they do not have a proper solutions of my questions and they feel they are doing something special for us. What a worst customer service.
Charges and billings are normal and its okk and its fall in my budget and I feel its can be cheaper after the more tie up with the telecomm companies in the india. Overall its average.
If you want to ferl I phone x in lower price than you can go with vivo v9 and if you want the performances and durability and some other stuff then you have to go with another mobile because vivo v9 cant satisfied you overall.
