Vivo V9 is a good phone.bt there has not direct video like oppo.Vivo V9 display is a nice display.in this phone selfy camera is so good.back camera is not so good like selfy camera.it is a good phone on your bugget stetment.also its battery backup is good.so I am personally command you to buy this phone.
