I have been using the Vivo Y33T for the past 2.5 years, and I must say it has served me really well as a daily-use smartphone. It’s stylish, lightweight, and delivers a surprisingly smooth experience — even after years of use.
?? Design & Display:
The first thing you’ll notice is how slim and premium the phone looks. The 6.58" FHD+ display is vibrant and sharp — perfect for YouTube, Instagram, and reading. Even under sunlight, the screen visibility remains decent.
?? Performance:
With 8GB RAM + 4GB extended RAM and a Snapdragon 680 processor, this phone handles multitasking well. I’ve used it regularly for social media, calls, WhatsApp, YouTube, and light gaming – and it has never caused any major lag or heating issues.
Even after 2.5 years, it still works smoothly — which says a lot about its durability.
?? Camera:
The 50MP rear camera performs well in daylight, giving crisp and detailed shots. The front camera is decent for selfies and video calls. Night photos are average but acceptable for the price.
?? Battery Life:
The 5000 mAh battery easily lasts a full day with normal use. Even now, it gives reliable backup. The 18W fast charging is decent – takes around 1.5 to 2 hours for a full charge.
?? Software:
It runs on Funtouch OS, which is feature-rich and smooth. However, it comes with a few pre-installed apps ( bloatware) that I had to disable. Other than that, the UI is easy to use.
?? Real User Experience:
After using this phone for 2.5 years, I’m genuinely satisfied.
One minor issue — internal storage fills up quickly if you shoot videos or install large apps, so I recommend using a memory card.
Also, since I’m writing this review from the same phone, I couldnt upload a photo — but rest assured, this is a 100% genuine user experience.
? Pros:
Slim and attractive design
Smooth performance even after 2.5 years
Good daylight camera
Excellent battery backup
Bright and clear display
Great for daily use
? Cons:
Some bloatware in Funtouch OS
Night camera is average
Internal storage fills quickly ( use SD card)
Can’t attach photo ( review written from same phone)
? Final Verdict: 4.4/5
If youre looking for a reliable, stylish, and smooth-performing smartphone under budget, the Vivo Y33T is still a great choice — even after 2+ years of launch. Im fully satisfied with its performance, battery life, and design.
Highly recommended for daily users who want value for money.
