Once upon a time I was vivo Y51L user. Intially everything was good. After some time means in 2-3 months I like it looks old and out dated one and feels heavy. Because in market day by day there was new mobile and my mobile look like out dated one. I’m a mobile freek person I have used many make mobile phone. I did not used a single make mobile for a long time. Even vivo mobile hardly I have used for 3 month that was maximum. Few things I faced on ViVo Y51L particilarly this model is not good looking and as they say camera and music no way this was upto. And important things is it was very much heavy mobile. It was getting heat when we use or operate in mobile for a long time. After having all this disadvantage tell me how can user use and is this the way of keeping customer happy. while spending so much on unwanted publicity and marketing stuff. They could use on technology I felt. Marketing does not speak EOD. Technology will be forever I belive. And when I went to exchange to other phone of Vivo I got some where 25% of my investment in 3 month. I was not happy the way vivo mobile was.And it was not great in any kind angle I belive . I do not single point to say Vivo is good in this Or that.
