Vivo Y53 is good smart phone available now also on online stores. This phone cost rs.8865 and vary accordingly. The network quality is okay for 4g network in this phone and test 3g and 2g work same way. In the time of 4g connectivity if user has to go with 3g or 2g than no benefit at such cost. It also has wifi and hotspot connectivity. The sound quality of the phone is not good. Only recommended with earphones. It consist of an earphone, one charger with cable and a warranty card of one year for the phone and 6 months for the accessories. This are all general features provided with each phone. But there exist any speciality of each company providing product. In this at this cost doesnot match the quality. You can go with the other options available in the market at least price. It has battery issues. Many other vivo phones donot have battery issues but it seems in it.
I got recommended from one of my friend and I bought it. After use of 6 months it started to give battery problems. Got hanged if game is installed.
Customer service is good only in cities like bhopal, indore, mumbai, pune and so on but at some places either no service or time consuming services are provided. The design is perfect as can be kept anywhere but no attractiveness. The phones has 2gb ram with 4g connectivity with lte enabled both sim. Volte is disabled hence problem persists. Also if you are willing to go for this price then I will recommend you to purchase any other phone instead of this. Not all recommended. Not up to the mark of user that could satisfy the investment of 8k-10k. I didnt likes it at all in use and sold it within a year. The touch something you can feel is quite good. But it requires maintenance.
The value is affordable for this phone but should prince mohre features to match the price as new phones in market are launched in the competition with affordable price. Available online and offline hence billing and charges are good, only to meet the needs of user phone should be upgraded.
