I bought vivo y53 as I needed a dual sim 4g phone because of jio so I asked thw shopkeeper he showed me vivo y53 its looking was good so I bought it.
It was working well and fine as I use it it started getting slower and slower day by day
But after week later it got stuck on the vivo logo since it was on warranty I was tension free then I called their customer care number they didnt pick up first 10 times than after trying so many times finally they picked up I explained them about my phone situation .
And they asked me to come their shop . When I show them my phone they said that the problem does not come under warranty . If I want to get it repaired ill be charged for it.
Not at all worth it.
