Hello friends today I am going to share my experience on vivo mobile phone. I purchased this phone it was looking good and features are also admirable. It is not very costly and also user friendly. few months it worked well after that it was hanging a lot. one day it fell down from my hand. and its display and glass cracked. I send it in service center they repaired it and I took it back. service man used white glass and display in my black colour mobile that was looking very odd. I checked in my home when I was calling to my brother it has a senser problem when I called any one its display goes black it means now you cant do anything during the call. after completing my call I hv to disconnect the call but there were no option to disconnect. so I hv to say whom I was calling disconnect the call it was very ashamedfull when he says you can also disconnect why are you saying this and some time network issue. It is the biggest problem. I send it again but mobile never worked properly. so I was unsatisfied with its costomer service.
