VLCC Blue Kohl is an awesome dark kajal which gives a rich look to eyes. I have been using this since few
months. After having tried kajal pencils of various companies, I came across this one and thought to give
a try. It is totally smudge proof that is something expected from a kajal. It won’t come off even if you
wash your face. You definitely need a cleanser to get it off your eyes. It is a bit expensive but worth
buying it as it highlights your eyes and make it so attractive. We can find great difference using it. It
doesn’t give any negative effects or irritation or allergies. Glad to use it!!!
