Dear All,
First of all I had never visited VLCC but ofcourse I had seen photo in news paper showing one lady in Sharee & next photo - same person in Dress or Jeans ;-).
I do not have any weight problem since I do trekking , Yoga , Jogging & I travel in Mumbai train [ where any fat person can become slim free of cost - Kidding ].
I would like to ask the views few questions who wants to reduce their weight in short time.
Before 10 years I had never seen any Ads in news paper saying reduce your weight without any excercise.
I never seen ads before 10 years that just weat a belt and watch TV and reduce weight.
This is because such business people knows that now a days people are lazy , do not have time & do not want to take pain to do excercise so they knows that their formula clicks.
Anyone who has never given importance to Excercise & gained weight over period of time , can not expect to loose the same in few days / month.
Even if it worked out by some medicine will give trouble in future.
I am not here to discourage you guyes but to share my point of view. Best think is jogging & yoga which will be pain initialy as it will be hard to do it but you will be smilling in future and will save money.
